 Refactor: Add PrefsBoxOrderListBoxes via UI file a. let them self-init 
Add the `PrefsBoxOrderListBox`es to the `PrefsPage` via the
`PrefsPage`es UI file.
Also let the `PrefsBoxOrderListBox`es initialize themselves based on the
given box order.
